How can I work with you?
What is your cancellation policy?
We can accept all forms of payment. We charge a non-returnable booking fee to the value of 40% of the total cost, with the balance due at least six weeks before the day itself.
We will remain in touch with you via email, phone, text, WhatsApp and online video, from the very first contact until the end of the day of your Ceremony. Many of our clients become firm friends and remain in touch long after the day itself - sometimes even inviting us back for more family celebrations.
